Link Form to SharePoint

I have created a Form in my Database that searches a table and I would now
like to have this form on a SharePoint site. The Form and Database is set up
and the SharePoint site is set up. I just need to know how to link the two
together and I have no idea where to begin.

There are sharepoint features in the next version of Access. I'm fairly
sure that they've been mentioned in the Access blog. See the Links
section of my website for the URL of that blog.
