Infopath Compatability

I am needing to design a form that we can gather information from clients. We
use Sharepoint and want to make sure if using Infopath,Access and Sharepoint
together is the best option.

The form will have combo boxes that the client can choose up to 10
selections in each field. The information needs to be stored in the customer
database.

If you can sync data between a customer Access database and SharePoint, it
should work well. Starting with Access 2007, there are ways to get Access
data using email, or customers can enter data directly into SharePoint..
