Link Delays

I have recently removed and repalced my motherboard for a repair. Since
reinstalling it whenever I click on any part of windows there is a delay of
around 30 seconds before the application launches
 
It is too early in the AM for guessing games, and you have not supplied
enough information to reply with an answer. Tell us exactly what repairs to
the M/B you had to perform, and why. Also you will want to mention
"anything" that you have done in the interim. Without information it is
almost impossible to assist you.
