Link Bars and Navigation

My website domain name is through catalog.com. I created a link bar on my
website, two separate ones actually, and although I can see them in
frontpage, the actual picture doesn't show up on the site when I publish.
The linked text is there, but there is no graphic showing up.

Also, how much does the navigation have to do with the link bar? I don't
really understand the navigation part. When I look at Frontpage in the
navigation view, the website is set up like i want it to be (I think) and
then my two link bars are not connected but in the view with all of their
branches.

If somebody could explain the navigation system to me, and/or how to get the
link bar graphics to appear on my website, that would be great. Thanks.

Right Click on the Link Bar in Design View, choose Link Bar Properties, then Style and choose the style you want...I think it usually defaults to Text unless you change this.

I did choose the style I wanted. It shows up in that style when I"m looking
at frontpage, but after I publish, the links are just hyperlinked text.

Which version of the FP extensions are installed on the live/remote server?

I thought it was 2002 but now I can't find anything that says that. If it's
only 2000, are there options in frontpage that would let me publish something
that is viewable? in FP 2000 i know i published hover buttons that worked.

If only the FP2000 extensions, then you can only have text link in the nav/link bars or whatever is
supported when a Theme is applied.
