Link Bar

I want to set a link bar to show Global Level - But I do Not want the page
that I'm on to be included. Is this possible?

ie. Global Level --> Home, Who We Are, Job Opps, Feedback
if I'm on Page "Job Opps" only include --> Home, Who We Are, Feedback
