Link bar absence although within navigation structure

One of my pages doesn't contain the necessary link bars according to the
navigation structure. Its related pages within the structure all have their
corresponding link bars. I have tried all sorts of experimentation in
accordance with the help afforded by the Office Assistant, but nothing seems
to work. Without the necessary link bars, this page becomes a virtual
dead-end for my website.

Post a URL to the published site online and identify the page w/ missing nav
1) Check nav view and make sure it is there
2) Make sure there are no spaces or punctuation in your file/folder names
