Should be.
I've not used that exact adapter, but the ProSet software should be much the
same.

The teaming is provided by Intel's driver, not XP.
If you download the current driver from Intel, then in the ProSet options
there is a teaming tab.

The problem was in the driver and PROSet versions I was using. Both the
versions already loaded on the PC and those supplied with the NIC did not
support teaming, but I downloaded the latest driver installation file
(PRO2KXP.exe) from Intel's website and that did the trick.
