Please help! I am having trouble with a document in Word 2003 showing up one
way on screen, and then printing out differently (for example, the word
"including" showed up on page one on my screen, but when I printed it out, it
was actually on page two. This is causing problems when we have to print out
parts of final documents later on. I can't see anything in Formatting or
Codes that explains why this sometimes happens.

Check your printer setup and page setup are set for the same size of paper.

Yes, both printer and the document are set up for letter size (8.5 x 11) paper.

The only other time that I saw this happen was when someone was using the web
layout on screen. Hopefully someone else has other suggestions.

Are you printing from a printer connected to the SAME computer as you use
Word?
Word uses the installed default printer drivers for Print Previews, so if
it's being printed on a printer that's not the one that's installed for
Word, then it may well be different when it's printed. It can make for
difficulties when sending docs to others.
