Word document. More pages with text print than seen on screen.

I have a lengthy word document that prints out pages with text on them that
do not show up when I view and edit the document. This document was
inherited and the author is not available.

The document I see on the screen is 75 pages but when it prints, 20 more
pages print out that I do not see when I access the document. Can anyone
help me find out how to access the 20 pages?

Are you perhaps printing Hidden text? Or markup?
