Line Spacing

How can I set my signature on my mail to single spacing and making it my
default. I have checked all the spacing to single but when i send my email i
get a double space all the time. I then have to highlight, format,
paragraph, and set spacings to cero on both before and after. I need help
setting up my default to single spacing.

Sounds like a Word issue, not an Outlook issue. Are you using Word as
your e-mail editor? If so, a Word group can answer about how to set
paragraph spacing for a style to what you want.
