limited accounts

i cant access internet on a limited account i made, but
ican access it on my admin account, i have NTL broadband
through USB and ICS for my sisters computer.

any one know how to resolve this?

what exactly did you try, when you discovered you could not access the
internet ?
i.e. what exactly were the steps that succeeded/failed, and at what step did
your attempt fail.
e.g. you tried to run IE, but it failed to open ? e.g. IE opened OK, but no
pages displayed ?
what exactly was the error message ?

i can open all programs including IE just it seems as
though the internet isnt connected.. recieves "page can
not be displayed"
