LICENSING HELP!

I'm really confused with licensing, can someone help?

I have 2 servers, both running w2k server both with one
processor. One will be running Exchange 2000 and one
will be the file/print server. 75 users will
authenticate via the file/print server. Both will be
DC's. All of them will have email access. How many do I
buy???

Another 2 servers, both running w2k server, both these
servers have dual processors. One will be running SQL
Server 2000. Both will be member servers. About 15
users will be accessing the SQL Server.

For all licensing questions, you're really better off asking MS or a
licensed reseller directly, rather than relying on newsgroup myth and lore.
MS licensing is pretty arcane stuff these days.
