I assume we're talking about Windows Licensing, and not Terminal Services
Licensing correct?
If it is in fact Windows Licensing we're talking about, to be honest with
you, I wouldn't troubleshoot this very much. There are a lot of strange
things that can happen with licensing, and at the end of the day, nothing
bad is going on no matter what it says. This is hardly worth your time,
considering it is nothing more than an error with no side effects.
If you want to clear the errors, go ahead and disable the License Logging
Service. Note that this doesn't fix anything, but rather stops the errors in
your event logs. Also note that in w2k03, we did this by default.
