Event ID 202

Hello,

We have a W2K active directory. Recently I have added a new domain
controller. But now I have a a problem. I sent this domain controller to a
new office and then I receive two event id 202 every 5 hours:

"The product Windows Server is out of licenses. Use License Manager from
the Administrative Tools folder for more information on which users are out
of compliance and how many licenses should be purchased."

and

"The product IIS 5.0 is out of licenses. Use License Manager from the
Administrative Tools folder for more information on which users are out of
compliance and how many licenses should be purchased."

Do you know if I need to open any port for license service?

When you installed the OS on the new server you chose per server licensing
instead of per seat. This means that the server needs to have licenses for
each client that connects to it. You can change the server to Per server
licensing by using the licensing manager in Administrative tools. Once you
make the change your errors will stop.

But errors start when I sent the domain controller to the new office, before
that there wasn't any errors. Problems with conexion between domain
controllers?
