ISS isn`t installed

My iss on a dc with win2k isn`t installed, but my event viewer always shows
this message:

The product IIS 5.0 is out of licenses. Use License Manager from the
Administrative Tools folder for more information on which users are out of
compliance and how many licenses should be purchased.

Well, I can't really read much of that event, but I believe we're talking
about Windows' License Service -not IIS'. So, as most of us here will
recommend, disable this service. It doesn't work properly, and probably
wont be getting fixed. Manage your licenses yourself or purchase a tool to
do this, but don't use the built in service - it's unreliable.

In Win2003 it's disabled out-the-box <g>
