IIS on XPe

Please, I need some help on running IIS on XPe.
I have added the macro component "Internet Information Services
Technologies", and checked all the optional components under the settings
tab.
The problem is, when the image is ready, I try to enter "localhost" in
Internet Explorer, but get a "HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error". If I
uncheck the "show friendly http error messages" iE, I get: "Server
Application Error".
In the event viewer I get an error:
Source DCOM, Error 10.001.

Does anyone knows how to configure the IIS on XPe? Is there any extra
necessary component? Any ideias, please, let me know.

Thanks a lot.

Event Viewer error transcription (Portuguese Brasil).
"A descrição para Event ID ( 10001 ) na fonte ( DCOM ) não pode ser
encontrado. O computador local pode não ter as informações de registro ou
arquivos DLL de mensagem necessários para exibir mensagens de um computador

descrição; consulte a 'Ajuda e suporte' para obter detalhes. As informações

Look for iis.msc. I type "start iis.msc" in the command shell and then
I can configure IIS on my XPe.

I try to change all the configurations, but still get "HTTP 500 - Internal
Server Error". Does anybody have any idea of what configuration needs to be
changed? Entering "localhost" on IE, takes me to this error.

Silly question, but you do have networking installed?

Sometimes things like that can make a difference.

Yes, I have TCP/IP Networking and all other standard network protocols on my
image. Any other ideas?

Is you mmc set.can u open it.IF that is fine then the problem should
only be in the setting of the default website .However do check for
the event viewer to capture any system error logs.I hope u added all
the IIS components ,the virtual directories ,internet manager etc.. +
administrative tools.
