License Deactivation

I have an action pack subscription which provides 10 activations via 2 serial
numbers. I am ready to retire two machines that currently have active
licenses. Is there any way to deactivate those two licenses before retiring
the computers?

No, there is no such thing as Windows XP "deactivation".
Simply reformat the drives of the two PCs you wish to retire,
then you can use the same license on two other computers.
