lexmark color jet printer

i can't get my printer to work and i have tried
eveything in windows trouble shooter what can i do to
fix this?

It's a Lexmark. Disconnect the printer from the PC. Follow the instuctions
at Bruce Sanderson's website at
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm

After cleanup, reboot. Download a new set of drivers from the Lexmark
website at www.lexmark.com, install the software and do NOT reconnect the
printer to the PC until the software tells you to do so.
