Let Windows Vista MANAGE the wifi connection

Hello all,

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate and the WIFI PCI card Netgear Rangemax
Wireless PCI Adapter WPN311.
When I was using some Belkin or Tornado WIFI networking devices on Windows
XP, in their configuration utility softwares, there was an option to let
Windows manage the WIFI connection.

I cannot find this in the Netgear control pannel and I'm wondering what to
do.

There seem to be a conflict between the Netgear utility and the Windows
utility:
when I start up Windows, the Netgear utility appears (how can I start it
minimized?), and says I'm connected with a good signal strength.
But then I can't connect to the net. IE7 won't let me surf.
Then I maximize the Windows WIFI utility from the systray, and choose my
WIFI modem and connect,
only then it works, I can surf the web.
Any idea about how to fix this?

Thanks,
Grendi

I just deleted the netgear utility from the start menu's startup folder and
everything's ok now :/
