Leave message on server...but it isn't

I, along with several co-workers, access certain email accounts on a daily
basis. We all have our email accounts settings set to "Leave Message on
Server" (for 3 days), but on occassion, an email is deleted immediately after
it is accessed the first time. Any thoughts? I'm using Outlook Express 6.0,
and my co-workers use Outlook (don't know what version).

Has anybody else experienced this?

Your problem may best be handled in an Outlook Express newsgroup.

If a person has two accounts in a send/receive group, both accounts are on
the same POP server using the same credentials to log in, and while one
account specifies saving copies the other doesn't, then it's possible that
the account that doesn't have that option will delete the messages, but
other than that, I don't know why it would happen.
