How do I share my Tasks in Microsoft Outlook XP

I and a co-worker would like to be able to share our Microsoft Outlook
Calendar and Tasks?

Is there a way to do it WITHOUT having MS Exchange Server installed? If so,
how do i set that up, to give my co-worker access to my Calendar and Tasks
ONLY? I do not want the co-worker to be able to see my email messages...

Please let me know what to do in each computer so i dont miss anything?
