Message body being deleted after downloadingfrom server

When one of my co-workers sends me an e-mail to my e-mail account, the
message body is deleted when I use Outlook Express 6.0. If I go directly to
the e-mail website (mail.com or mail.yahoo.com) the entire message is there.
If I open outlook express 6.0, all I get are the headers---nothing else. Any
Ideas?
