Leave Mail On Server Option

Hi all,

I am running Outlook XP and have chosen the option to
leave mail on server and delete it after 30 days. The
problem with this is now when my email does a send/recieve
it keeps doownloading the same message over and over. Is
there a way to stop the same message from being downloaded?

Maybe an account problem, remove adn re-add the account.
I've had this once before...
Remember to re-add the option, leave on server, delete
after...
