"Leave a copy of e-mail in the Exchange server" option

Exchange server is 2000, I've got few new desktop with Office 2003. I would like to know how to "leave a copy of the e-mail" in the Exchange server while using the Outlook 2003. When i try "cached" e-mail, it tell me that all the e-mail in the exchang server will be downloaded to local personal folder. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT. I would like to use outlook, but would also like to keep a copy of the e-mail in the exchange server. Under the old Outlook 2000, this option was "keep a copy of e-mail" in the server. How and where do i find that similar function in Outlook 2003??

Actually, cached mode will create a copy on your local hard drive. It will
not deliver mail to the PST, it will only make a copy in an OST file. Just
make sure when you go into Tools, Email Accounts, View or Change Existing
Email Accounts, that your delivery location is your Exchange Mailbox, not a
Personal Folders file.
