Windows XP Learning VBA

Does anyone know of any good on-line tutorials to help me learn VBA? I want it mainly to help with those Excel dilemmas the boss keeps throwing at me in work! Am presently learning it through the pulling appart of macros but there has to be another way!!

Any suggestions would be great!
