I have a Dell. the Learn XP program starts up then I get a Microsoft interactine training bos with a red X icon . I select a subject (audio only ) and The SBSI audio does not activate, and nothing else occurs? What can I do to get it rinning?

The location that the shortcut points to is:

C:\WINDOWS\Help\SBSI\Training\startmenu.cbo

See if that file exists, for starters.

Yes, the startmenu.cbo file exists. And I can start the process by selecting the .exe file, but with the same results , no audio. Could there be a missing driver, and where would I go to get it , Microsoft or Dell?? Just a guess.
