Layout of Community Page Screen

I have just moved from Me to XP.
When on Me was asble to use Community screen ok.
I now find that the list of Community Newsgroups is at left of screen and
the right hand side of screen cuts through tje "sign on" button.

I have no curser to allow me to move down the screen and there is no cursor
at bottom to allow me to view the right hand side of the text.

Please advise

I can't answer your question about using the web interface for these
groups because I, like other newsgroup regulars, use a real newsreader
to access Usenet. You should try that, since the web interface is the
worst way to access newsgroups. Here is information about that:

Since you are using the web interface, you may not realize that this is
really a newsgroup. You will get far more out of this resource if you
learn to use a newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows,
but you can use Outlook Express since you already have it. Here are
