Launching Word Docs from My Letters

I am having problems opening Word Docs from My Letters. It probably takes 3
minutes to open a document which is very frustrating.

Have you tried doing a repair install of Word? Place the Word CD in the
drive, you should be given the option to remove, reinstall or repair. If
that doesn't resolve this, try taking this to a board devoted to word.
Click Newsgroups on the Outlook Express toolbar, type Word in the search
box, select one of the boards devoted to word and try your question there.
