Launching Programs

Is there a way to turn off the msg. when you launch a program it ask "Are
you sure you want to run this program?" ?Click O.k. It does this all the
time. I have norton util. to launch automaticaly at boot up and everytime I
have to click that it is o.k. to run the program. Same goes for other
programs.
