Latest Microsoft patch sends information to the FBI

Does anyone know why our systems now send continuous
information to the FBI? We noticed that after loading the
latest "Required" patches from the microsoft web site, the
system will try to continuously send info to the FBI via
the akamai-edgesuite snooper site.
 
I can see the activity using a port sniffer on the
computer ethernet port. Do you see the same activity?
