last Logon time

Does anyone know of a way to check the last logon time of
users in Active Directory. Actually, I would like to
check this for a group of users and extract the
information in to some type of file list.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am pretty sure that both Joe and Matjaz have written
tools to do this. You will need to run this against each
DC in your environement.

Check out Joe's site at http://www.joeware.net and check
out Matjaz's site at http://www/ladava.com!

You could also enable logging but that would be a bit more
cumbersome.

Thanks Cary for linking to my site :)

The actual link for the app is
http://www.ladava.com/faq/uploads/ADInactiveObjects.zip. You need .NET
framework 1.1. installed on your pc (you get it trough Windows Update).

Oh, no!

Thank you, Matjaz for writing these nice utilities! If
you do not mind I will continue to promote your site and
Joe's site.
