I need a script which display user's last logon time, value which I input,
like I want to known those users whose last logon time before jan 2006. I can

If you would like a non-scripting solution, DSRAZOR for Windows will get you
this information. It will query all domain controllers for last logon date
and time, compare the values, and present you with the most recent one.
Alternatively, if you have a 2003 domain you can use the lastLogonTimeStamp
attribute which is replicated every seven days. This query would be faster
since you need only contact one domain controller.
