Hello,
what happens when a Laser-Printer is run in a rather cold environment like
my warehouse? What printers can you recommend for conditions slightly above
0°C?
I'd like to buy a Brother HL-1430, the manual says that there should be a
temperature between 10 and 32,5 Celsius. What would happen when I run this
printer eg. with 5 to 15 Celsius? Generally, there's a little heated office
in the warehouse but sometimes the door is open and the temperature could
drop to below 10°C, but on average the temperature should be higher than 10.
What Printers are you using in a cold environment? I used ink-jet for a
while but the printers always die after a few months, paper in the printer
gets dirty, some ink can be use up to -30°C (HP), some only up to +15°C.
This is why I would like to use a (cheap) laser printer.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
