laser printer for small office with networking (brother 2070N and5250DN)

Hello,

I have been asked to select a B/W laser printer for a very small office.
On an average, I am not expecting more than around 10~20 prints a day.
So far, I have come down to two choices:
Brother 2070n (available for $180 in Canada)
(http://www.brother-usa.com/Printer/modeldetail.aspx?ProductID=HL2070N)

Brother 5250DN (available for $203 in Canada)
(http://www.brother-usa.com/Printer/ModelDetail.aspx?ProductID=HL5250DN)

The second on looks to be more appealing (duplex will save paper and its
drum and roller lives are longer). These will be used on a small network
with Windows as well as Linux computers.

Any other suggestions? Or any comments on these ones?

thanks,
->HS

A quick look says C$23 extra for Duplex and an extra 16 meg of memory,
which seems pretty good value.
