large print & restrictions - can't change homepage

I have two problems with my internet explorer.

The first is that suddenly the type when I'm on the internet is giant - doesn't appear to be a problem with anyother program just the internet.

Second is that today my homepage changed to the dsl homepage. When I go to tools to change it back, I get a message that is restricted and I need to contact the administrator. I have administrator rights on my network.

Help is appreciated in advance!

Did you by chance run SpyBot's Immunize feature?
