Homepage is not working

My homepage of Internet is www.yahoo.com.

but whenever I open the explorer, some other site appears on as homepage.
I did go to Tool-Internet Option-and changed the homepage back to Yahoo,
but when I click homepage, still... some other site appears.

check your HOSTS file in ...\system32\drivers\etc folder

This is probably being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)
