IE 7 GPO applied Homepage not appearing

Hello,

The MS Marketing department has me in its clutches!

I have applied the desired homepage to the customers IE 7 GPO. The customer
is delivering the app as part of the published desktop environment. When
users access the IE 7 app, they are not presented with the homepage defined
within the IE 7 adm file we have configured within the GPO. Instead they are
presented with the opening "Exploration Page" informing the user of the
wonderful benefits of IE 7. We want the homepage to appear as the first and
only first option for users within the terminal service environment.

Any answer to this situation is most appreciated. I continue to review adm
files and search the Internet in the interim. Thank you so much.
