large document created partially from access data

Ok so lets say you have 50 sites and you have to do 50 reports to these sites
on their employees, so you go out and collect a lot of data about their
emploees then you have to present this data to them. Only they do not want
tables and list they wat paragraphs of data. How do you get the data (which
may or may not be in paragraphs already) into your compny report with out
retyping all of the data from your data base?

By creating an appropriate query or writing appropriate code.

A more specific question may get a more specific answer, but this may be a
rather difficult task - Access isn't really a word processor. You may want to
use a Word MailMerge to create a document containing links to the Access data.
