caps lock please Gary. And be more specific as to what problems you are
having when you try to install something.

You will need to give some details about your problems now that you have
broken the ice. Also when you post on peer support newsgroups like this one,
you need to use upper and lower case, plus carriage returns and paragraph
formatting.
Don't be intimated when you post a legible explanation of your problem. You
will usually get very intensive and multiple solutions to your problem.

1) Lose the caps. It's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.

2) Please read the following, and comply fully, before reposting

BTW, you haven't "brought" a laptop, you've "bought" one - even my Year 2
class know not to make that mistake!

I suggest you start by reposting in standard English, complete with
paragraphs, sentences, capital letters where appropriate, and punctuation.
