how do you guys deal with laptop clients who logon to a domain at work
and then at home have no domain to logon to?

how can I minimize the hassle for them?

how can I minimize the hassle for them?

Turn on cached credentials option for them - they will be able to logon
to the laptops in their homes using chached domain credentials.

set by GPO so look at the Seccurity settings -> Local policies ->
Security options -> interactive logon settings
