hi, irecently purchased a laptop,and some how managed to
make the keyboard not work by playing around with the
settings.there was a mention of cookies not bieng
available to work program i.e signing in to hot mail.
any help would be greatly recieved

It might help to say make and model. Also, try to remember
what you changed. Have you tried to boot into Safe Mode by
pressing F8 before Windows boots? If you can boot into safe
mode, you can open the control panel and or device manager
and reset the keyboard.

You also might consider calling the computer mfg'r tech
support and finding a service center.
