I've tried to reprogram the hot buttons that do not work using the
IntelliType Pro software but nothing has worked.

Any suggestions?

That's what I've tried.

The "My Documents" button on the keyboard is on the Key Setting of "Opens
the My Documents folder" but it's not working (even when I edit the command
to something else).

Maybe there is a problem just with those buttons on the keyboard.

Standard routine to correct or test for this is to uninstal
the KB (remove if from / System / Device Manager)
then reboot so you are prompted to reinstal its drivers.
When you know this software is OK, any error suggests
the hardware is the cause.

Hi!

I had the same problem with my keyboard. Easy to fix and everything works.
Go to Microsoft downloads and download Microsoft Intelipoint Pro, highlight
your keyboard or the closest match to your keyboard and install it. As soon
as the installation is completed try your Document, My Pictures, My Media
buttons. They all work and files will open.
