All,
I have a Toshiba notebook PC running Windows XP and it the SHIFT key is stuck on, so that I can't type numbers, my mouse clicks don't work as needed, etc.
I've tried resetting the accessibility options as commonly advised, did a virus scan, did a sys restore to before the symptoms started, and did much web browsing for other proposed solutions, all with no luck.
I am considering locating a spare keyboard and somehow getting that working via the USB port, to at least figure out whether this is a hardware of software problem.
Does anyone have suggestions or workarounds? Thanks much for any help.
Gail
