Laptop failed to boot after change in masconfig

As system was working slower, i went to windows troubleshooting..and followed
the procedure below:
Help->Pick a task->use tools to view your computer information and diagnose
problems->SYSTEM CONFIGURATION UTILITY->Changed to" DIAGNOSTIC STARTUP" and
restarted the computer..
But unfortunately,
My system is unable to go beyond.."Checking the status of embedded security
chip" and windows doesn't load.

If anyone has the solution pl do reply..as some important information is
inside..
