laptop dvd burner

toshiba 127, burner does recognize disk under wizard when
given copy command. Msg says insert disk, w/good disk is
in drive. Drag N drop works fine. Does any one know how to
clear up problem with the wizard?
 
Hi,

What wizard? Windows XP doesnt burn DVD's. If you are using Roxio's
software in order to burn you might try asking them.
