laptop BIOS windows XP boot problem

My brother forgot the password for entering BIOS on ASUS Laptop. Still
he boots WindowsXP fine. The problem is that all BIOS password cracking
programs require running on DOS/win95 and do not work on windowsNT.
But he cannot boot from CD because he'd have to change boot order in
BIOS.
Is there a way to change boot order without enetering BIOS or from
Windows XP?

Probably not, unless you want to try it with the hard drive removed.
Why not simply contact the laptop manufacturer for assistance? Not all
laptops need to be returned to the factory to reset the BIOS password.

Possibly, but not everyone has the specialized (as in small enough)
tools required to safely dismantle and then re-assemble laptops.
