Language Translation

Hello, I am using Microsoft Outlook on a Windows Vista Home Premium PC with
the US language pack. I receive email in another language which used to be
translated when I was using Outlook in Windows XP. Do I now need to upgrade
to the Business or Ultimate edition of Vista and then download additional
language packs to be able to read these emails?

I've never been aware of an automatic translation system in Outlook, though
I suppose it could exist.
You may be talking about the 'encoding' for an HTML document (rightclick the
page, 'encoding) or you might mean that the display language is available,
(Region Settings in Control Panel.)
Certainly there are MUI packs available to make different languages display
correctly, both in XP and Vista.

I know of a translation page available at Alta-Vista.
AltaVista Translations: http://babelfish.altavista.com/translate.dyn
but I doubt that is what you mean.
