Language Toolbar

I have both English US and Greek Languages installed on my pc.
My language toolbar either does not appear at all after start up (although
it is sellected) and does not change the language of the keyboard. When I am
desellecting it and reselecting it it appears but it still does not change
(the default input lang remains selected) neither from the keyboard nor with
any other way. The only way to be able to operate it normally is to restart
the pc, and still again, after a few hours of operation it does it again
until the next restart.
Is there any solution?

I had the same problem with my new XP Media Center. I have spent the better
part of two days trying to figure this out and finally went to the follwing

Go down to line 194 on the right hand you will see Language bar remove and
restore

I installed the registry fix and I have my Greek on this computer!!
