Language Setting on Taskbar

I want the icon to show up on the taskbar for all my terminal server users,
when they login, so they can choose which language they want. For me, it
shows up of course, but when I login as a regular user that does not have
Administrator access, it does not appear, and I have made it so they can't
access control panel. What do I need to change to have that icon show up
for all users?

Hi,

add an entry "internat.exe" REG_SZ with value "internat.exe" in
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" and the
icon shows up. Or you just start internat.exe during the logon process.
