Language Pack Installation Message

Recently, whenever I boot up my computer, I get a Language Pack Installation
message asking to install Chinese Simplified. If I click on Install, a
dialog box appears searching/installing, but the odd thing is, the address in
the title bar is www.coloradosheep.com/accounting/uform.htm and then I'm
asked for my XP installation CD (which I have never put in). I'm concerned
that my computer may be infected, but my virus and spyware scans show
nothing. I did notice that IEExplore.exe is the process running whenever
this message pops up.

I even tried selecting the Don't install language packs option in the dialog
box, but it keeps appearing. I have never been to the coloradosheep.com
website before (I found out it's supposedly a New Zealand clothing company).

Any advice?

I am having the exact same thing happen on my computer. But it is only
on my user. If I login to my wifes account then no browser opens up.
But if you login to mine it pulls up a browser and trys to connect to
www.coloradosheep.com/accounting...

I have also seen the Language Pack Install message occasionally, but
have simply canceled it

I've updated my anti-virus, Adaware programs, deleted all cookies and
temporary internet files and still no change...
